At OSHClub, you can make a real difference
Running an OSHClub service is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and advance your career all while enriching the lives of children. Whether it is a career in education or early education, you can gain fantastic and relevant experience in working with young people.
Our services are decentralised which means you’ll have a direct input into how your programs are managed. We invite you to bring your own expertise and ideas to create a home environment for the kids in your care.
In addition, our adventures program is our uniquely curated range of activities that support children to learn, grow and play. So no matter where you work in our network of services, you have access to a program that has been developed in partnership with sector experts in the childhood development and wellbeing spaces. They also help spark ideas to keep kids having fun!
You’ll also deepen your understanding of holistic child development and hone your management skills through ensuring quality of service.

Dynamic and fun workplaces
At OSHClub, you’ll get to channel your inner child to bring out the best in the children around you.
Draw on your passions to create fun and engaging programs.
Fan of dance, for instance? Why not create a dance club that can run for four weeks while you teach the kids a new routine?
Love to cook? Host your own little cooking school and pass on tasty, simple recipes that the children can make at home.
Importantly, our programming is not structured, which enables us to listen to what the children want to do and arrange activities based on their feedback.
